Leak Detection in Melkbosstrand

Melkbosstrand sits up the West Coast, a little apart from the Blouberg suburbs, and it is an area I am regularly called to, including a good deal of work in Atlantic Beach Golf Estate. It is an area of family homes, estate properties, and plenty of swimming pools, and the leaks reflect that mix.

Pool leaks in Melkbosstrand

A large share of my Melkbosstrand work, particularly in Atlantic Beach, is pools. I have traced leaks here in pool plumbing systems, where a pool was losing water through the pipework rather than anything visible in the shell. A pool losing more than normal evaporation is leaking somewhere in its system, and it is rarely where owners first assume. On more than one job the answer came from pressure testing the municipal reticulation on the property to confirm exactly where the loss was. Each was pinpointed so the repair could be targeted rather than exploratory.
